USA Today is reporting that sunspot Number 652, a sunspot 20 times the size of the Earth is aimed directly at us. This one will be a fizzer. But wait for the fourteenth sunspot from this one.

So what is it you actually know about it, then, when making drug policy? Does your staff or minister responsible have practical experience in these matters?
